In our daily startup process, the first work before each startup is to turn on the equipment heating system. After reaching the preset temperature, then start the motor to realize the production process.
1. The pre heating of the machine is to provide external heat source for the screw barrel to support the plasticization of materials;
Firstly, preset the required temperature for the four sections of the material barrel of the machine, and then turn on the heating knob to heat the temperature of each section respectively. When the temperature reaches the set value, the heating will be stopped automatically.
2. Motor start is to provide power source for the machine and drive the hydraulic system to support various action processes.
When starting the motor for the first time, first click the motor start button, then quickly shut down, and then observe whether the rotation of the motor is correct? If it is correct, the motor can be officially started. The motor is mainly used to drive the hydraulic oil pump, which provides the pressure oil required for the movement of the various components of the equipment.
