Test fan and blowing：

When the power supply is turned on, we need to test whether the fan wiring is correct, and whether the blowing and venting functions are normal, mainly according to the following steps:

1. Turn on the main fan switch in the electric control cabinet;

2. Put a handkerchief or gauze at the fan outlet;

3. Check whether the fan is blowing or suction, and the blowing is normal;

4. For air suction, the three-phase circuit of the fan needs to be adjusted;

5. Toggle the air blowing knob on the operation panel;

6. When the air blowing valve is turned on, there will be air blowing sound or air pressure at the injection port of the mold;

7. If no gas is blown out, the cause shall be checked.
