After the installation of the mechanical parts of the sole injection molding machine, the next step is to add or install the auxiliary parts, which are mainly divided into the following parts:

1. Installation of rotary table positioning switch and switch frame

A. Install the switch rack to the fixed position and fasten the screws or nuts;

B. Adjust and lock the position of zero return, slow rotation and positioning switches.

2. Add hydraulic oil

A. Unscrew the oil filler cap and add oil from the oil filler with filter;

B. Add 68 # hydraulic oil;

C. The added capacity of hydraulic oil is 600-700L;

D. Never add oil without a filter.

3. Connect the external power supply to the external line interface of the main control box of the machine

A. Check whether the input power configuration of the machine is consistent with the external power supply, mainly including the following:

(1) , three-phase 220V, 60HZ

(2) , three-phase 380V, 50HZ

(3) , three-phase 420V, 60HZ

B. Connect the external wires according to the connection port A B C N;

C. Check whether the wiring terminals are fastened and not loose;

D. When starting up, check whether the three-phase current has wrong phase and adjust it correctly.
