Skid mold device is a mechanism used in some slipper injection machines to replace manual prying mold, so as to reduce the labor intensity of employees.
It is mainly installed according to the following steps:
1. Install the prying device into the corresponding position on the main body of the machine;
2. Lock the mounting screws or nuts;
3. Check whether the device interferes with the rotary table, and the clearance between the device and the rotary table drag template is 3-8mm;
4. Check whether the crowbar can pry off the mold clasp flexibly to avoid half open state.
