The hydraulic pipe in the sole injection machine is mainly used to support the flow of hydraulic oil, so that the hydraulic oil can flow from the pressure source oil pump port to each moving part. For the goose slipper production machine, when the parts are disassembled, part of the hydraulic pipes should also be disassembled and reconnected during installation:

The installation process is divided into the following steps:

1. Check the number of hydraulic pipes of each part after disassembly;

2. Reconnect the hydraulic pipes with the same number with a wrench, and ensure that the connection is tight;

3. When connecting, check whether the hydraulic pipe interface is bruised or scratched;

4. If there is scratch or bruise, replace the hydraulic oil pipe;

5. When the sandal production machine is started, observe whether there is hydraulic oil leakage at the connection.
