install rotary table:

The rotary table of the machine is mainly used to place multiple sets of molds and drive the molds to rotate into the mold locking device. It is generally assembled from several parts. 

The installation of the rotary table is mainly divided into the following steps:

1. The inner ring of the rotary table is close to the inner support and placed on the support roller of the inner support;

2. The outer ring of the rotary table is placed on the outer support wheel;

3. Several parts of the rotary table shall be installed in turn and lapped according to the lapping interface;

4. Install the locating pin of the rotary table lapping interface;

5. Install and tighten the locking screws of the rotary table;

6. Adjust the level of the upper plane of the rotary table with a transparent water pipe;

7. Adjust the outer support feet to make full contact with the rotary table.
