The motor components of the plastic slipper machine are composed of motor, support frame, coupling, oil pump, oil suction flange, rubber pipe and pipe buckle. The whole installation process is as follows:
First, assemble the motor, support frame, coupling, oil pump and oil suction flange of the shoemaking machine into a component, check the coupling for clearance, and prevent the motor shaft and oil pump shaft from being stuck to cause noise and damage the oil pump or motor; Manually rotate the coupling to see if there is abnormal sound and jamming.
Lift the motor assembly of the footwear injection molding machine to the installation position of the motor feet, place rubber pads on the four feet of the motor, tighten the motor fixing screws after adding the elastic pads, and the screws on the four feet are evenly stressed; Put the rubber pipe and pipe buckle between the oil suction flange and the hard pipe on the oil tank, evenly distribute the distance of the rubber pipe, and then fasten the rubber pipe with the pipe buckle. The fastening process of the pipe buckle shall be carried out slowly, and the pipe buckle shall be tightened along the periphery of the rubber pipe with a light hammer to make the pipe buckle bear uniform force to prevent air leakage and noise.
