install center frame：

matters needing attention:
1. The tools for horizontal adjustment of the central frame are transparent water pipes and adjustable wrenches;
2. The level adjustment can only be completed with the cooperation of two people. Each person is responsible for the water level observation and screw adjustment at one end.
