The factory area is mainly divided into two areas, the office area and the production workshop. The production workshop is on the first floor and the office area is on the second floor.
The office area mainly includes the lobby, training room, technical room, reception room, financial room, and general office. There are two 10-ton mobile cranes in the production workshop, which are mainly divided into eight areas: raw material area, parts warehouse, large parts warehouse, welding area, processing area, primary assembly area, spraying area and secondary assembly area. The main products are plastic injection and rubber injection sole machines, slippers machines, sandal machines and shoe upper machines.
The raw material area is used to store raw materials such as standard steel and profiles for production equipment; the parts warehouse mainly stores outsourced original parts such as electrical appliances, hydraulic pressure, and pneumatics. It is used to store large accessories or parts that need to be operated by lifting equipment. The parts are processed by precise CNC, lathe and other numerical control equipment, which is reliable and stable; the welding area is mainly used for the place where employees complete blanking, welding and other processes The processing area is mainly used for parts processing, repairing and other processes; the primary assembly area is used for the primary assembly, welding and drilling of equipment; the spraying area is mainly used for the painting process of equipment, and is equipped with water curtain dust removal , high-pressure smoke exhaust, deodorization and other environmental protection devices; the secondary assembly area is mainly used for the installation and debugging of equipment after painting, and the installation includes electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and sheet metal accessories.
